FAQ
Is the nutrition important enough to influence a serious illness like cancer?
Nutrients support the innate ability your body has to deal with cancer. In addition, nutrition can alter the cellular environment to reduce your risk of cancer (or further cancer).
Are the treatment side effects inevitable?
Not necessarily. We are all different and the healthy constitution of our body can alter whether we experience many of the side effects of treatment. Nutrition can also affect our ability to recover from side effects.
Should I just accept the weight change that comes with cancer?
You could do that. You can also decide to help your body adapt to the changes that occur with cancer and then resume a better weight.
